HANOVER, Va. – The Hanover County Sheriff’s Office has increased uniform presence at Lee Davis High School and Liberty Middle School after discovery of vandalism in bathrooms at both schools.
Investigators, working closely with school officials, are investigating vandalisms that occurred at Lee Davis High School and Liberty Middle School. Both vandalisms, depicting rudimentary pictures of a gun, were discovered Wednesday October 14th.
The incidents resemble similar acts of vandalism that were recently reported by area media outlets. There is no information to indicate there is a credible threat, however, as a common practice there will be an increase in the presence of uniform officers at both schools.
The Sheriff’s Office is seeking to identify the individual(s) involved in these two separate acts of vandalism.
