Please join the Hanover County Sheriff's Office for our “Civilian Response to an Active Shooter" event and “Stop The Bleed” presentation scheduled for October 26, 2023, at 7:00 PM. The presentations will be held in the Hanover County Administrative Building located at 7516 County Complex Road, Hanover, VA 23069. We hope you will join Sheriff David R. Hines, and the staff of the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office, as we offer an informative session on increasing awareness and how to prepare for an active shooter event. In addition, we will have Hanover Fire & EMS sharing how to control traumatic bleeding to save lives.
