MISSING – The Hanover County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate James Stuart Hilliard, 52, in an effort to check his welfare. Hilliard last seen in Mechanicsville, Virginia on March 28, 2020. James Hilliard is described as a white male, hazel eyes, 6’1” tall and 195 lbs. Unknown clothing description. He is known to frequent the Rte. 360 corridor in the Mechanicsville area and King William County. There was a possible sighting on March 30, 2020 at the Food Lion located at 4915 Richmond Tappahannock Highway in King William County.
