MISSING - Matthew Jose Carter, 17, was last seen in Mechanicsville, Virginia, in the area of Mechanicsville Turnpike & Lee-Davis Road on March 4, 2020. Matthew Jose Carter is described as a black male, 5’5” tall and 108 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black Calvin Klein hooded jacket, blue jeans, black and red Adidas shoes. He may be heading to Pittsburgh area in Pennsylvania.
