The Mobile Command Center (MCC) is utilized for response to major incidents and to support special events.  The MCC consists of four team members and is commanded by a Sergeant.  The Hanover County Information and Technology Department provides all IT support.  The MCC is utilized for:

• Traffic & security management of the fall and spring NASCAR Races
• Traffic & security management for the Hanover Tomato Festival
• Police Academies – Citizens, Senior Citizens, Youth
• National Night Out events
• The Hanover Fall Fellowship Festival
• Training Purposes
